Neha Menon is a Human Resources Executive at Synapse XTL with experience since June 2021, where the focus is on providing end-to-end mobility solutions. Prior to this role, Neha held internships as a content writer at Descrii and in Human Resource Management at Swastika Investmart Limited in July 2020, along with a summer internship in web project development at YPSILON IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in July 2016. Neha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Medicaps University, completed in June 2021, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Medi-Caps Institute of Science & Technology, completed in 2017. Education culminated with a Higher Secondary School degree in Science from S.I.C.A. in 2013.
