Dallas Blodgett currently serves as a Learning Partner at Synapse Health, a position held since December 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Ruby, beginning in April 2011, where Dallas has worked as an Organizational Development Business Partner, actively engaging in change initiatives, talent development, and performance management, while contributing to leadership effectiveness and training programs. Prior roles at Ruby also include Leadership Development Champion, Sales Director, Site Director, and Leadership Development Specialist. Dallas’s career began at Nordstrom, where responsibilities as Department Manager were held from August 2004 to May 2010. Education was pursued at Linfield University from 1999 to 2001 and continued at Portland State University from 2001 to 2003.
