Paz Ben Zur's work experience includes serving as the Senior Director Product Experience & Design at Synamedia since April 2020. In this role, they lead the definition and execution of product experience vision, strategy roadmap, business goals, and KPIs for Synamedia cloud products. They are also responsible for SaaS user journeys and designs for B2B and B2C products. Paz leads a global team that owns the user experience and all product designs on various platforms.

Before joining Synamedia, Paz worked at yes from 2015 to 2020. They served as the Head of Product for STINGTV from November 2016 to April 2020. As part of the STINGTV management team, they were responsible for the E2E product management of the streaming service on various platforms. Paz also served as a Product Manager at yes from October 2015 to November 2016, leading business development projects, interactive apps, and NLU-based Chat Bots.

Prior to yes, Paz worked at Double Check from 2010 to 2015 as the Product Consultancy Group Lead. In this role, they managed the business unit, including business and strategic development, as well as product management for the group's software.

Paz's earliest work experience was as a Computer and Information Systems Teaching Assistant at Ruppin Academic Center from 2009 to 2011.

Paz Ben Zur holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management of Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MoTIE) from Tel Aviv University, completed in 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in administration, with a sub-specialization in Information systems (summa cum laude) from Ruppin Academic Center in 2010.
