Charles Simonson has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Charles is currently working at Synamedia, where they hold the position of Principal, Solutions Marketing since January 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Technical Marketing Engineer from November 2018 to December 2019.

Before joining Synamedia, Charles worked at Cisco for over a decade. Charles started as an Encoding Product Specialist in May 2005 and later held various positions, including Technology Product Manager from March 2007 to March 2011, Video Systems Manager from April 2011 to December 2013, and Technical Marketing Engineer from January 2014 until October 2018.

Charles also has experience in graphic design and interactive media development. Charles worked as a Graphic Designer/Interactive Media Developer at Southern University from April 2003 to April 2005. Additionally, they served as a Graphic Designer/Database Manager at Easyart.com from February 2002 to March 2003.

Charles Simonson attended Louisiana State University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design. In 2010, they took a Product Management Training Course at Pragmatic Marketing.
