HARI CHANDANA KARNAM R has held a variety of roles in the technology industry. In 2021, they began working as a Software Developer for SymSoft Solutions, where they built web applications using CMS platforms and optimized web pages for security and responsiveness. In 2020, they interned as a Web Development Intern for the California Department of Public Health, where they reviewed requirements in regard to design, workflows, and data. From 2019-2020, they held a variety of roles at California State University-Sacramento, including Lecturer AY, Teaching Associate AY, and Graduate Student Assistant-Algorithms and Data Structures, Software Engineering Metrics. In 2016, they worked as a Project Engineer for Wipro Limited, where they developed user interfaces in the .Net framework and API's in JAVA, Perl, and Shell scripts. In 2016, they also held an Intern role at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. In 2015, they held a Summer Intern role at Galla Foods Ltd.

Hari Chandana Karnam R completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Control Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur in 2016. HARI CHANDANA then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, which they completed in 2021. In addition, they obtained certifications in JavaScript (Basic) from HackerRank in December 2020, Problem Solving Skills from HackerRank in September 2020, and HackerRank certification in 2020.
