Nishanta Kumar Samal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and engineering within the power sector. Currently serving as a Customer Success Leader at SymphonyAI Industrial since March 2019, Nishanta previously held the position of Senior Professional Services Engineer. At GE Power from July 2017 to February 2019, Nishanta worked as a Project Manager and Services Specialist, focusing on strategic planning and implementation of digital products for thermal power plants. Prior roles include Engineer - Technical Operations at Vestas Asia Pacific and Team Lead & Project Electrical Engineer at the Department of Power Nagaland, contributing to significant projects like the Restructured Accelerated Power Development and Reforms Program.
