Sandeep Yadav is currently the Head of Applied AI and Principal Engineer at Symmetry Systems, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Sandeep worked as a Principal Data Scientist at Imperva from September 2019 to July 2022, following the acquisition of CloudVector, which specialized in server side REST API security. Prior roles include Staff Data Scientist at Netskope from March 2017 to September 2019, and Member of Technical Staff at Avi Networks Inc from June 2014 to February 2017, a company acquired by VMware Inc. Sandeep also served as a Research Scientist at Damballa, Inc. from August 2012 to June 2014, which was acquired by Core Security Technologies. Sandeep holds a B. Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University.
