Tatiana Mikhalko is an experienced Account Manager at Symfa since December 2021, where responsibilities include account planning and strategy development in collaboration with technical teams, as well as overseeing project execution to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Prior to this role, Tatiana served as an Accounting Assistant and Specialist in the consular section at the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Germany from October 2018 to August 2021, and held positions such as Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at MTBank and Senior Specialist at B&N Bank. Tatiana began their career as a Marketing Specialist at ARBYTE Group. Educational qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Belarusian State University.
