Michele Mazzola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investigative roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead SIU Investigator at Symetra since April 2022, Michele previously held positions including Senior Investigator and Investigator at the same company, focusing on fraud investigations for life insurance and annuity products. Prior experience includes serving as a Police Background Investigator/Recruiter for the City of Plano, Police Officer for the City of Arvada, and Police Agent for the City of Lakewood. Michele also worked as an Investigator for the Department of Labor/OSHA and as a Volunteer Services Coordinator at Campbell County Health. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Innovative Leadership from Western International University, a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Colorado Denver, an Associate’s in Paralegal Studies from Virginia Western Community College, and a diploma in Czech Language and Literature from the Presidio of Monterey.
