Brooke Tait currently serves as the Director of Claims at Symetra, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Brooke spent over four years at Lincoln Financial Group, progressing from AVP of Operations to Director of Short-Term Disability, Leaves, and Long-Term Disability. Brooke's career began at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where responsibilities included managing operations for disability claims and leave services and leading teams of case managers. Education includes an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business, underway from January 2023 to August 2024, and a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University, completed in 2006.
