Victor Vanorio is an experienced professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as a Manager of Customer Success at Symend since February 2021, where expertise in behavioral science and data-driven insights is utilized to enhance customer engagement. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Hitachi ID Systems, Inc., overseeing more than 30 implementations, and as a Project Coordinator at Stuart Olson Inc., managing significant projects such as the Mackimmie Complex at the University of Calgary. Additionally, Victor has contributed to educational innovation as a Learning Technologies Coach at the Schulich School of Engineering and as a Curriculum Developer at the University of Calgary. Currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Calgary, Victor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution.
