Bobby Wenner has a diverse range of work experience. Bobby began their career as a Development and Communications Intern at the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota and later served as a Project Manager at the Sustainable Farming Association of Minnesota. In 2014, Bobby worked as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of Justice before becoming a Student Attorney at the Center for Applied Legal Studies Clinic - Georgetown Law. Bobby then served as a Law Clerk in the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary.
Bobby joined Polsinelli PC in 2015 as a Summer Associate and later became an Associate in 2016. At Polsinelli PC, they specialized in regulatory and corporate matters in the financial technology sector, representing financial services firms and advising on federal and state regulatory frameworks.
In 2020, Bobby joined Symbridge as an Associate General Counsel, helping to transform digital asset exchange platforms. Bobby then became the Chief Legal Officer at Symbridge Capital in 2021, where they focused on providing liquid and efficient markets for accredited and institutional investors.
Currently, Bobby is working as an Of Counsel at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, a position they began in 2023.
Bobby Wenner has a diverse education history.
