Jakub Ondrasek is an experienced professional in user experience and digital project management. Currently serving as Head of UX at SYMBIO Agency since February 2018, Jakub leads a team focusing on UX research, prototyping, and testing for web applications. Previous roles at the agency include UX Designer and Project Manager, managing projects for clients such as Národní divadlo and Leo Express. Prior to SYMBIO Agency, Jakub worked as a Digital Project Manager at Wunderman Praha, where responsibilities included web development and digital marketing. Jakub's career began with internships and positions in online marketing and analytics, complemented by a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Charles University, along with studies at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.
