Thomas Kempa currently serves as Corporate Controller at Sylvan, Inc., a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas was Accounting Manager at Lineage Logistics from July 2021 to December 2023. Thomas has extensive experience in the assurance field, having worked at Plante Moran from January 2013 to July 2021, where responsibilities included Assurance Manager, Assurance Senior, and Assurance Staff. Thomas began the professional journey at Plante Moran as an Assurance Intern in early 2012. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Accounting from Walsh College and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
