Rafael Manera is currently serving as Engenheiro de Manufatura II at Sylvamo Brasil since October 2021, where responsibilities include developing cost reduction projects and managing the Aveva PI System, as well as creating Power BI dashboards for data analysis. Prior to this role, Rafael was an Analista de Supply Chain II, managing a monthly inventory valued at R$50MM and overseeing logistics improvements. Rafael gained valuable experience at International Paper from November 2017 to October 2021, also as an Analista de Supply Chain II, and previously held various supply chain roles there. Early career experience includes an internship at Projetta Engenharia focusing on civil engineering projects and a position at Isma LTDA developing storage structure projects. Rafael holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Centro Universitário de Jaguariúna - UniFAJ and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science at Univesp Oficial, expected to be completed in July 2028.
