Leslie P. Silva is an accomplished professional in the field of analytical chemistry and metabolomics, currently serving as Applications Team Lead and Applications Scientist at Syft Technologies since October 2020. Previous experience includes directing analytical chemistry efforts at Endless West and holding a senior research associate position focused on exometabolomics at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Leslie's expertise in metabolomics and ovarian cancer research was developed during a postdoctoral fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Academic foundations include a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Calgary and a BSc in Applied Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Guelph, complemented by earlier roles in research and quality control.
