Gilles Hassenfratz currently serves as the Global Enterprise Architect at Syensqo since December 2023, following an extensive tenure at Solvay from May 2017 to January 2024, where roles included Global Enterprise Architect and Global IS Architect, supporting initiatives in Order To Cash and Marketing & Sales. Prior to Solvay, Gilles was with Adecco Group from January 2008 to April 2017 as Global Enterprise Architect, overseeing strategic alignment between business and IT, technological studies, and architecture governance. Gilles also held positions such as VP, Global Head of Architecture at Adecco Group, where responsibilities encompassed defining a harmonized architecture practice for over 1000 employees and leading foundational architecture initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Adecco IT Services and SSII, focusing on program management, project management, and technical administration. Gilles holds degrees from Université Côte d'Azur and Université de Besancon, along with participation in the Leadership I3 program at IMD.
