Gilles Glorieux is an accomplished professional in M&A with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various high-level positions. Currently serving as Senior Vice-President of M&A at Syensqo since December 2023, Gilles previously held multiple strategic roles at Solvay from September 2012 to December 2023, including leading the separation project between Solvay and Syensqo, as well as overseeing strategic marketing and corporate strategy. Prior experience includes Senior M&A Manager roles at both Rhodia and SNCF Participations, focusing on corporate finance, emerging markets, and cross-border transactions. Gilles began their career in M&A advisory at C.W. Downer & Co. and gained early experience in audit and business advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Gilles holds a Master in Management degree from ESSEC Business School, obtained in 2000.
