Arthur Karth is an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in reliability improvement, preventive maintenance, and engineering management. Currently serving at Syensqo since March 2022, Arthur Karth leads maintenance teams, ensures HSE compliance, and develops departmental operating plans. Prior roles include Reliability & Planning Superintendent at Cytec Solvay Group and Maintenance Systems Engineer at QSL Canada, as well as engineering positions focused on optimizing production and maintenance systems in various organizations. Educational qualifications include an International Masters of Business Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Guyana.
