Lynn McLaughlin has extensive experience in the ticketing and customer relationship management sectors, currently serving as the Head of CRM at the Sydney Symphony Orchestra since September 2005. Previously, Lynn held various roles, including Manager of CRM and Database, as well as Head of Ticketing within the same organization. Prior to this, Lynn worked at Ticketek Australia from September 1999 to September 2005, where responsibilities included serving as the Account and Events Ticketing Manager.
