Nick Beresford-Wylie currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director Commercial for Infrastructure & Finance at Sydney Metro, overseeing major infrastructure development and procurement, with an emphasis on public-private partnerships (PPPs) and project finance transactions. Prior to this role, Nick held positions at Transport for NSW, including Director of Infrastructure and Project Finance and Senior Associate in the Infrastructure and Place Division. Nick's experience also includes serving as Legal Counsel for Fotowatio Renewable Ventures, a Senior Associate at Allens specializing in infrastructure and energy transactions, and various legal roles that focused on project finance and commercial law. An alumnus of The London School of Economics with a Master of Laws, Nick has a comprehensive educational background in law and political science from the Australian National University and possesses extensive legal and financial expertise in both the public and private sectors.
