Kathryn (Kate) Starkey is an experienced professional with a strong background in onboarding, training, and development. Currently serving as Onboarding Coordinator at Sydney Metro since December 2020, Starkey also holds the position of Training Manager at Housley Communications Pty Ltd since June 2019. Previous roles include Learning and Development Manager at CompliSpace for a brief tenure in late 2018 and various positions at Cisco from 2006 to January 2018, including ANZ Partner Enablement Manager and Training Co-ordinator for Internal Sales Enablement. Early career experience includes roles at International Underwriting Services and Marketing and Research Associates, as well as teaching at SOCCS from 1997 to 2002. Starkey holds a Bachelor of Education from Macquarie University and a Certificate 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment from TAFE NSW.
