James Stevens is an accomplished sustainability professional with extensive experience in sustainability management and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Sustainability Manager at Sydney Metro since June 2022, James has previously held various senior roles at Jacobs, HS2 Ltd, and Network Rail, including Senior Associate Sustainability Consultant and Sustainability Certification Manager. With a strong background in BREEAM accreditation and sustainability strategies for non-domestic construction, James has effectively contributed to numerous projects and clients throughout a career that began with a foundation as a Waste Management Intern at Wakefield Council. James holds a Master of Science in Environmental Consultancy and Project Management from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Hull.
