Hamza Arshi is an experienced Contracts Manager currently overseeing projects at Sydney Metro since January 2022, including the significant $11 billion Western Sydney Airport project. Previously, Hamza served as a Contracts Administrator for both the Western Sydney Airport Surface Civil Alignment Works and the WestConnex 3A M4-M5 Link Tunnels project at ACCIONA Construcción, contributing to the management of substantial concrete and spoil supplies. Early career roles include a Cadet Quantity Surveyor at Slattery, where responsibilities involved contractor negotiations and project cost management, as well as tutoring at UNSW. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and Property from UNSW, complemented by exchange programs at renowned institutions.
