Corrina Liao, PhD, is an experienced professional in customer experience and human factors with a strong background in usability and user-centered design. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Sydney Metro since May 2021, Corrina previously held multiple roles at Telstra from June 2011 to April 2021, including Customer Experience Research Lead and Customer Experience Manager.
