Tracy Deforge is a seasoned professional in the sports and business sectors, serving as the founder of The Players' Impact since May 2017, a platform designed to empower athletes in business through investment opportunities. Tracy holds multiple advisory and mentor roles, including positions on the SXSW Pitch Advisory Board and as Chair of the Board of Advisors for the National Women's Soccer League Players Association, advocating for the league's growth and players' welfare. With a focus on innovation in sports, Tracy mentors at Techstars Sports Accelerator and serves as an advisor and judge for Stadia Ventures. As a founder of SISU for Startups, Tracy provides strategic consulting for new businesses and has been involved with Positive Coaching Alliance and WISE, an organization dedicated to supporting women in the sports industry. Tracy also educates future professionals as an adjunct professor at Dean College, teaching courses in Sports and Entertainment Law and Ethics. Tracy earned a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wagner College.
