Nancy Magnuson serves as the Sponsorship Business Development Manager at SXSW since August 2021, where responsibilities include crafting and implementing high-level sponsorship programs for major brands and agencies aimed at enhancing sales and brand visibility. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Manager at Dekra-Lite Industries Inc. from May 2017 to July 2020, leading a team of 12 to surpass sales targets and grow the customer base through strategic sales initiatives. Nancy also held various leadership positions at Ticketmaster from 2004 to November 2016, including Vice President of Retail Partnerships, where significant contributions were made to expanding brand reach and sales through partnerships with major retailers. Nancy completed coursework towards a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at William Rainey Harper College.
