Heidi E. Lehmann is the founder of SWSI Media, a venture-backed media company based in New York City. Prior to SWSI, Heidi was a Partner at Glasswing Ventures, a seed-stage venture fund, and an Associate at Gaingels, a Syndicate investing in LGBTQ+ and women-led startups.

Heidi began their career in the fashion industry, working as the Director of Business Development & Partnerships at the New York Fashion Tech Lab, where they incubated and invested in early-stage fashion & retail technology companies. Heidi also served as the COO/CFO of Kenzen, a social enterprise that sells health & wellness products made by women-owned businesses in developing countries.

Heidi is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Columbia University.

Heidi E. Lehmann has a BA in Art Theirtory from Hood College and a Film Production, Financing, Management degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
