Julie Cane is the Managing Partner, CEO, and Co-Founder of Democracy Investments, an advisory firm specializing in an exchange traded fund that promotes democracy through an international index strategy. Since August 2020, Julie has been leading company strategy, sales, marketing, distribution, and operations. In addition to current roles as a Board Director at IMETALX GROUP, LLC and a member of Women in ETFs, Julie serves as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Swords to Plowshares. Julie's prior experience includes positions as Vice President at Wells Fargo and Managing Director at Charles Schwab, among other roles in notable companies. Julie holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.
