Grace Gao has over 18 years of experience in the tourism and airline industries, currently serving as the Deputy Director of China at Switzerland Tourism since January 2012, while previously holding the title of Market Representative since February 2005. In this role, Grace oversees promotional campaigns aligned with global objectives and manages a budget of 14M Rmb to enhance awareness and attract visitors. Prior to Switzerland Tourism, Grace worked as the Country Manager China at Aviareps, focused on business development and account management for airline clients, and held various positions at Swiss International Airlines, advancing from sales support to sales executive for corporate and travel trade accounts. Grace holds a Master of Art Administration from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
