Mark Recla is a Mechanical Engineering Manager at Switchgear Power Systems since December 2022, with a comprehensive engineering background that includes roles as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Plexus Corp. and various engineering management positions across multiple companies. Recla has a solid foundation in design standards, assembly processes, and project management, demonstrated through experiences as a Focus Factory Manager and Senior Project Manager. Previous positions include leadership roles in design engineering at Fireline Sprinkler LLC, H&S Manufacturing, Inc., Jamco America, and Boeing, where Recla contributed to the development of agricultural products and custom VIP interiors.
