Leah Brownlee returned to Squire Patton Boggs after having served in-house for life sciences companies in executive and board-level assignments, providing her with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities that growing companies in this field face across this global industry. Leah previously worked for the firm, and another global law firm, as an associate in the Corporate and Securities practice groups, where she counseled public and private companies in connection with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures, and on general business and securities law matters. She is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association’s Life Science Practice and the Food Drug Law Institute, as well as active in BioOhio.
