Wolfgang Rathert is a versatile strategist, designer, facilitator, and advisor specializing in leadership, gamification, and performance design. Currently serving as the Chief Engagement Officer at Wolfgang Rathert and as Co-Founder and Partner at oceandrop, Wolfgang has extensive experience in mobilizing organizations and teams. As Head of Programs for "Digital Customer Experience" and "Digital Business Strategies & Models" at Hochschule Luzern, and Co-Head of "Leading Sustainable Business" at FHGR Fachhochschule Graubünden, Wolfgang contributes to innovative educational frameworks. Additional roles include lectureships at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz, and mentoring at Universität St.Gallen. Wolfgang also leads the Special Interest Group "Game Based Design" at SWITCH and provides consulting, coaching, and workshops through VIZZIBEL GmbH. Wolfgang holds a Master's degree in management accounting from the University of St.Gallen and is a certified coach in collaborative communication.
