Morgan Lavanchy is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as a Member of the Executive Committee at the Capital Markets and Technology Association since March 2018 and as Chief Legal Officer at Swissquote Bank Ltd since October 2006, Morgan holds a senior management position with oversight of the Compliance Function. Key responsibilities include managing legal, compliance, regulatory, and reputation risks, as well as supervising legal activities such as litigations, contracts, and due diligence. Additionally, Morgan participates as a permanent guest in the Audit & Risk Committee of the Board of Directors and is a member of the Risk Committee.
