Denys Skalenko is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as Vice Director and Head of FX and Digital Assets Software Engineering at Swissquote since September 2016, Denys oversees the Forex division within the Software Development Department. Previous roles include Associate Director and Technical Lead, emphasizing team leadership, technical architecture, and project quality enhancement. Prior to Swissquote, Denys worked at Luxoft as a Java Team/Tech Lead and Java Technical Lead, where responsibilities included customer communication, team support, and code quality assurance. Denys began a career in software engineering at BIFIT and IS Predict, and holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Applied Mathematics, respectively, from Oles Honchar Dnipropetrovsk National University.
