Caron Newman is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and learning enablement. Currently serving as a key figure in Academy Automation at Swisslog Healthcare since November 2019, Caron focuses on creating and managing diverse learning assets and customer learning journeys. Previously held roles include Curriculum Director and Learning Strategist at DocuSign University, as well as Director of Education and Training at Kapost. Caron's career also includes significant positions at Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and a consulting role in customer enablement. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Education in e-Learning Technology and Design from Jones International University, alongside a Master's in Computer Information Systems from Regis University and a Bachelor's in Management from the University of Phoenix.
