Dominic Locher is an experienced professional in the fields of recruitment and banking, currently serving as an Account Manager at Swisslinx since July 2021, after previously holding roles as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter in Banking & Finance. Prior experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at Universität Basel from October 2020 to June 2021, and a long-term role at Wesser und Partner from 2015 to December 2020, where Dominic served as a Fundraiser (Teamlead & Coach) and began as a Human Resources Intern. Additionally, Dominic gained early experience as a Human Resources Intern at SBB CFF FFS from November 2015 to February 2016. Dominic holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Economic Psychology from the University of Basel (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Bern (2015-2018).
