Hans-Christian Widmer has extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as Head of Region and Anlageverantwortlicher at Swissgrid AG since June 2014. Prior to this role, Hans-Christian worked at Repower from February 1990 to May 2014, where responsibilities included Leiter Netzbau Prättigau, Chefmonteur, and Gruppenführer. Hans-Christian holds an MBA from The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur, obtained between 2012 and 2013, and completed business management training at NBW from 2009 to 2010.
