Suresh Mahto has extensive experience in vocational skills development and project management, currently serving as Team Leader for Swisscontact's Vocational Skills Development Program in Myanmar since January 2013. Suresh has led initiatives aimed at enhancing employability and productivity, ensuring alignment with labor market needs, and promoting gender equality and social inclusion. Previous roles include Head of Local Vocational Training, Skills Development Expert, and Skills and Employment Director, where Suresh focused on capacity building, curriculum development, and creating partnerships to support disadvantaged populations. Suresh's early career included positions at various organizations, including the UN International Labour Organization and Winrock International, complemented by an MBA in Project Management from Kathmandu University and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University.
