Daniela Cupic is an experienced professional in solution management and product ownership, with a career spanning over two decades. Since August 2013, Daniela has held various positions at Swisscom, including Solution Manager for Multi-Channel Experience B2B and Online Solution Manager/Global Marketing Manager. Prior to Swisscom, Daniela worked at UBS from June 2008 to April 2013 as Team Leader and Incident Information Manager, and at Swiss Re from August 2002 to June 2008 as a System Engineer and during an apprenticeship as a System Engineer. Educationally, Daniela completed a Product Manager degree at the SAWI Academy from 2014 to 2015 and an apprenticeship as a System Engineer at BZZ Bildungszentrum Zürichsee from 2002 to 2006.
