Christoph Wiggert has had a diverse range of work experience. Christoph began their career at Sparkasse Hochrhein, where they worked as a Trainee in the Private and Corporate Customer Advisory department. Christoph then became an Assistant Consultant for Corporate Customers, providing support to the corporate customer advisors in one of the main branch offices. Eventually, they transitioned to become a Customer Advisor for Corporate Customers, where they provided comprehensive customer support and advice to companies in various financial areas.
In 2016, Christoph joined PentaControl AG as a Project Assistant, where they helped introduce and implement a new ERP system, specifically assisting in process implementation, requirement evaluation, and adjustment support.
Currently, Christoph works for Swisscard AECS GmbH. Christoph started as the Head of Benefits & Loyalty, responsible for overseeing benefits and loyalty programs. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Benefits & Loyalty Manager, managing the implementation and coordination of these programs. Additionally, Christoph held the role of Product Management American Express Centurion Line Products, where they were responsible for product management.
Throughout their career, Christoph has showcased their expertise in various fields, including customer service, financial advising, project management, and product management.
Christoph Wiggert obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre Fokus Banking from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they also obtained a Certificate of Language Proficiency in "Banking and Financial English" from the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Villingen-Schwenningen. Later, in 2013, they completed a Fachlehrgang (specialized course) in Firmen- und Gewerbekundenberatung (business and commercial customer consulting) from the Sparkassenakademie Baden-Württemberg / Stuttgart.
