Nelson Moreno Alexandre is an experienced professional in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as part of the Revenue Steering Groups at Swiss International Air Lines since November 2023, focusing on group travel segments for LHG hub airlines. Prior to this role, Nelson was a Product Manager at OTS Globe from October 2022 to October 2023 and worked as a Travel Operations Coordinator at EF Education First between July 2019 and September 2022, managing educational group travel for over 6000 travelers. Earlier experience includes positions such as Night Auditor/Front Office Agent at B&B Hotels Switzerland and an internship in Product Management at TAP Air Portugal, where various customer-focused projects were undertaken.
