Mugdha Belsare is a Doctoral Researcher at the Swiss School of Business and Management since November 2021. In a previous role as a Senior Technical Liaison at BD from September 2022 to January 2024, Mugdha collaborated with cross-functional teams to define business requirements for innovative medical devices, developed a global innovation dashboard using Power BI, and conducted market analyses for product differentiation. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration focused on AIML and Drug Development from the Swiss School of Business and Management, along with postgraduate degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin and Great Lakes Institute of Management. Mugdha also holds an MPhil in Botany from the University of Pune and various degrees in Botany and Education from Shivaji University. Prior research experience includes work on antimicrobial activity of Phellinus and managing bacterial and fungal cultures.
