Samrat Dua is the Chief InfoTech and Data Officer at Swiss Re, responsible for data and technology strategy for the Reinsurance business unit. With extensive experience at Swiss Re since June 2005, Samrat has held various leadership roles, including Chief Innovation & Transformation Officer for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, where the focus was on leveraging data and technology to enhance existing businesses and develop new business models. Previously, Samrat served as Chief Information Officer and was pivotal in the Corporate Solutions Strategic Transformation Program. Prior to Swiss Re, Samrat worked at Capgemini as a Manager in project management and technical architecture. Samrat holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware, and a B-Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
