Oscar Fernandez possesses extensive experience in technology transformation and management, currently serving as Director at Swiss Re, overseeing multiple roles including Head of Asset Management Tech Transformation & Architecture and CoE Lead Tech Strategy & Cloud Excellence. Prior to Swiss Re, Oscar held various leadership positions at Kuoni Travel, including Head of the Group IT Program Office and Business Owner for Group Telephony & Contact Centre. Experience also includes project management at Orange Business Services and operations management at Swisscom. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a master's thesis in Digital Data Processing from Grenoble INP - UGA.
