Anne-Kathrin Lohbeck is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience at Swiss Re, currently serving as Chief Underwriting Officer Specialty and Head of Global Specialty. Lohbeck has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Special Lines Centre and Head of Reinsurance Service & Productivity Management, alongside expertise in engineering underwriting and enterprise architecture. Prior to Swiss Re, Lohbeck was a Project Leader at BCG from November 2003 to December 2009. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Marketing and Distribution from the University of St.Gallen, a Dipl.-Ing. ETH in Engineering from ETH Zürich, and studies at Universität Karlsruhe (TH), Germany.
