Alexia Eliades serves as Vice President - Senior Claims & Apprentice Manager at Swiss Re since July 2020, holding additional roles such as Head of UK Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Co-Chair Level Up for Gender Equality. Involved with the International Association of Claims Professionals since January 2021, Alexia is the Chair of the IACP Future Leaders Committee and a 2021 Young Claims Professional Award Honoree. As a co-founder of LikeMind and Workstream Lead for Attracting Talent at the Gender Inclusion Network, Alexia demonstrates a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. Additionally, involvement as a GOSH Official Trained Activities Representative and Governing Board Director at Palmers Green High School reflects a dedication to mental health and education. Alexia has been recognized multiple times in various awards, highlighting a strong impact in the insurance industry. Education includes a Postgraduate LPC from The University of Law and further studies at the University of Hertfordshire.
