Tarsila Fercher Geis is an accomplished executive in the field of hospitality education and partnerships, currently serving as the Executive Director of Partnerships and Development at Swiss Education Group since August 2022. With a robust background, Tarsila previously held multiple leadership roles within Swiss Education Group, including Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships and Director of International Development & Partnerships, where significant growth in academic agreements and industry partnerships was achieved. Tarsila's experience spans leadership positions at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland and various roles in hospitality and education, including a brief tenure at Jumeirah Group and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Tarsila holds a Master of Science in International Hospitality Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from Washington State University.
