Gaia started the career in sales as a Sales Assistant at Hermès from October 2014 to September 2015. Gaia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Manchester Metropolitan University, a BA in International Hospitality Business Management from the University of Derby, and a Swiss Higher Diploma in Hospitality & Events Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School.
