Ruth Moriarty is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry. As the Owner and Operator of Ruthies Sweet Nothings Inc. since February 2003, Ruth has successfully wholesale organic ingredients and sugar-free cake mixes. Since May 1989, Ruth has also served as a Sales Contractor and Culinary Instructor at Swiss Chalet Fine Foods, providing sales consultancy and training for restaurant, bakery, and hospital staff. Previously, from 1985 to 1991, Ruth worked as a Pastry Chef at Marriott Hotel, excelling across three outlets, including the prestigious Three Diamond restaurant, The Golden Eagle, and catering for notable clients such as Intel and the Phoenix Republic Newspaper. Ruth has received accolades including the Chef's Choice award for the Taste of Chocolate in 1990 and Best of Tucson for Chocolate Mouse Torte.
